What is confoki?

confoki ("Content for Kids") is a combined browser extension and search engine.

• confoki is designed to protect children aged between five and 12 from inappropriate content on the web (browser settings) and direct them to more suitable sites (search engine).
• Parents and other responsible adults are able to block undesirable content and approve which sites may be viewed.  It gives you direct control over what your children can access online, and means you are no longer obliged to accept the opaque values imposed by many commercial filter programs.
• confoki uses the long-established international
  ICRA labels to help classify content.
